Welcome to Zsani's Cosmetics! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website zsaniscosmetics.com and any purchases you make through our online shop.

This Website is owned and operated by Zsani's Cosmetics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zsani's Cosmetics. Any reference to "You" / "Your" means, you the buyer and the user of the Website.

By placing an order through this Website, you enter into a binding agreement with Zsani's Cosmetics for the purchase of the selected products. This contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the EU country where the goods are delivered. 

You agree that this contract and all related communications shall be executed and interpreted in the English language. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Malta shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, provided that this does not affect your right to bring a claim in the courts of the EU country where you reside or to which the products are delivered, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

Zsani's Cosmetics is a Malta-based beauty online-store committed to providing high-quality, ethically sourced, and affordable cosmetic products. We specialize in skincare, perfumes, make up and beauty accessories that cater to diverse skin types and beauty preferences. Our mission is to empower individuals to feel confident and radiant in their own skin.

We offer a range of cosmetics products for sale through our online shop. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. Descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

We do our best to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euro ( € ) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (depending on your region). Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Direct Transfer (Revolut) or Bank Transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product availability, or other unforeseen issues.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently do not ship products outside of the Maltese Islands. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services, customs, or natural events once the package leaves our facility.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days from the online purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If, in any event, a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the Maltese courts, as governed by Maltese law. Alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation through the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA), may also be considered where appropriate before resorting to legal action.

14. Entire Agreement

As stated in the opening paragraphs of our Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zsani's Cosmetics regarding your use of our website, purchasing of our products and using any available services. They supersede any prior agreements, communications and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. Any failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at a later time.
